Sriram serves institutions and individuals across Asia on multi-year leadership transformation journeys. He has facilitated CEOs, senior public servants, top teams and frontline across over sixty organizations. At McKinsey and Company, he established the Firm’s first-ever experiential leadership centres in India, China and S. E. Asia. and was founding Dean of the McKinsey Capability Centre in South India.


He is Visiting Faculty at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras where he teaches a graduate course on ‘Happiness, Habits and Success’. Prior to McKinsey, he worked in rural primary education and vocational skilling with the Pratham Education Foundation, one of Asia’s largest non-profit organizations. Sriram has a Bachelors in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and a Master’s in Public Administration and International Development from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Ina has just completed working with NewCrest Mining a major Gold Mining Company based out of Australia but in partnership with Nusa Halmahera Mineral PT. Her role includes the delivery, assessment and coaching of a multi-module Leadership program for Supervisors preparing for a larger leadership and management role.

As an associate for McKinsey & Company she has worked as an Executive Coach to Senior Executives of a major Indonesian Organisation. These Executives were participating in a Senior Leadership Program and her role was to partner with them to develop behavior and competencies that supported them in winning in their professional and personal goals.

Ina has been working one on one with approximately 400 Senior Executives in this manner. During this time, the executives she has supported have made sustainable behavior changes and their line managers have seen measurable results.


Ina worked for a leading personal development organization in Jakarta from 1998 to 2005 in several senior management roles. She led the organization’s sales and marketing team and was responsible for the training of volunteers, public marketing events and formulating/executing the strategy of the business in Indonesia.

During her tenure, Ina began coaching participants of the Leadership Program. She later became the coordinator of other coaches and the overall program. Ina interned, qualified and became proficient at the facilitation of the organization’s Leadership Program Trainings. In this role, she facilitated high-level, experiential learning processes for groups between 20 and 70 people in both Indonesian Bahasa and English.

Ina’s other facilitation roles included the training and orientation of volunteers. In addition, she facilitated high-level marketing events and large-scale group processes that facilitated individuals exploring possibilities that led to declarative choices.

Ina has been fortunate to have an opportunity to worked with and been developed by some of the best coaches and trainers in the personal development industry.

Ina continues to enjoy the challenge supporting people to create their desired outcomes. Ina’s work with McKinsey & Company has provided her with an opportunity to broaden her coaching experience in the corporate world and she sees herself continuing to coach and facilitate in the arena of individual and corporate leadership.


As an associate of HCD she has delivered Training Programs in Asia on behalf of Accenture and has so far completed assignments in Indonesia and Vietnam for Unilever.

Ina has graduated the Newfield Ontological Coaching program and is a NLP Business Practitioner Certified.

For the last 10 years Ina has conducted Team Building programs both indoor and outdoor for numerous clients.


Ina is Indonesian, married to an Englishman and they share their time between Indonesia and the UK. In her spare time, apart from reading and swimming, Ina has recently discovered Yoga and attends a variety of classes on a regular basis and is certified to teach at beginner level.



Ting-Ting brings more than 20 years of professional experience in management and business to coaching and facilitation. Ten years living in Greater China as an executive at Philips Electronics, a Fortune 100 multinational, honed her skills at developing both individuals and organizations in the corporate competitive environment. She has key insights of the business processes as well as work-related demands and complexity.

Previous to her corporate experience, her first 10 years as a tenured Professor at the University of California, San Diego, prepared her with experience managing government and industry-sponsored research and development projects and cross-cultural graduate programs and students. This experience provided her the ability to be creative, entrepreneurial, and think out-of-the-box.



Ting-Ting believes in life-long learning and being accountable for self and one’s environment in life. Her strength in logical thinking and objective analysis of complex issues supports her clients toward an alignment of physical, mental, and the nature of the matter. Her method in coaching is to stimulate the thought process of individuals to work coherently and insightfully within one’s personal life, organization, and environment toward setting a common goal and clear priorities.

Together with her willingness to share her learning, she has successfully supported many individuals discover their inner selves, position their roles in life, and make challenging commitments to moving forward.
